1. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Design and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and lead generation.
  • Digital Marketing: Manage online campaigns across social media, SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
  • Content Creation: Collaborate with content teams to produce blogs, case studies, social media posts, and more.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, or social media insights.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and execute campaigns aimed at acquiring new customers and nurturing leads.
  • Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and identity across all marketing channels.
  • Market Research: Conduct research to understand market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.

2. Required Skills

  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to use data to measure and optimize marketing performance.
  • Content Marketing: Strong understanding of how to create engaging content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Email Marketing: Experience with email marketing tools like MailChimp, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Experience using CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot for managing leads and customer engagement.
